We need the following information from you:

1. Site of a burial place: area, city, village. In the city - cemetery, sector, grave's number.
2. Detailed description of the tomb stone, monument (Photo, sketch, distinetive marks and land marks for the search party.)
3. When was the grave visited last?
4. First Name, Second Name and Patronymic for the deceased. Date of birth and date of death.
5. Most explicitly state your wishes and suggestions on the maintenance of the grave and the performance of the church ritual. (It helps to get advice from the priest.)
6. Your First Name, Middle Initial, Second Name and necessary way of communication
   E-Mail.

• -20% of the service of two and more burial places on one cemetery.
• -10% of the payment of three and more orders.
• -10% of the order placed through the priest, which you attend or the local community.
• - In case of placement of more than 8 orders through the same priest or same community we offer the contractual discount system.
